In March 2009 we decorated the wedding of Keisha and James. The destination wedding took place at the historic Vanderbilt Mansion on Fisher Island in Miami Beach.

Mimi and Franklin's Wedding
We just received some pictures from Mimi and Franklin's wedding and wanted to share them. Theirs was a destination wedding that took place on the beach in May. We loved planning the decor and flowers with this fun couple, and hope you enjoy these photos.
Look at these beautiful bouquets! For the bride it was lavender Roses, Dendrobium Orchids, Stock , Phlox, and Freesia, with touches of purple Mini Calla Lilies and orange Mokara Orchids, and for the bridesmaids a mix of purple and orange Mokara Orchids.
Here is the couple and the girls with their bouquets.
Party having fun on the beach...
And their reception tables, which included two styles: one with three vases with Mini Calla Lilies, Orchids, and Tulips submerged inside along with a floating candle, and the other a low vase with floating Gerbera heads along with a vase with Mini Calla Lilies and a floating candle. All the centerpieces were lit with LED lights to give them an elegant glow and make them stand out in the room.
Thanks for sharing the photos!

Fourth of July Wedding
Our Fourth of July started off with a bang - a destination wedding held at the beautiful Grove Isle Hotel and Spa in Coconut Grove. The bride and groom arrived for perfect weather on their wedding day.
In the all the designs we used many different types of Orchids: Nora, Mokara, Phaleanopsis, and Dendrobium, along with Mini Calla Lilies, Peonies, Tulips, Nerine and Stargazer Lilies, and Hydrangeas throughout. The flowers in tones of pinks, reds, and purples paired with candlelight, up-lights, and pin lights on the tables created a very romantic feel to the room.
Here are some photos of the reception table centerpieces:
The sweetheart table...
And cake table.
Outside on the deck, we created a bamboo canopy for the ceremony, adorned with Orchid garlands on each of the posts. We also placed an aisle runner with scattered Rose petals.
Details from the cocktail area...
The place card table...
Calla Lily boutonniere and Peony bouquet...
And here was the water view from the deck at the Grove Isle where guests could watch the fireworks later that night (and not just between the bride and groom)!
We had a great time at this beautiful wedding. Thanks everyone!
